Vegetarian version of Atkins diet.

It's been almost a week now since I started on the diet. And I think i will go insane soon. I'm hungry all the time. I really have the cravings for some rice..or bread. *drooling like Homer Simpsons*
For now I only eat 20g carbohydrate/day. That's not much at all. Lucky for me I can eat anything without carbohydrate but with fat instead. Soooo..I can eat cheese. Oooh my lovely frensh cheese.
I'm also going to the gym 4-5days a week and walk at least 1½ hours every day.

But I still want riiiiiiiiice. Hehe.

But the good part is I lost around 3kg in one week. That's really good. I have lost one size in clothes. So this is what makes me keep going on this diet from hell. :p
